Delivery Policy

This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Where do we deliver?

We will deliver to most addresses within Asia, but do not deliver to all locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

When will my order ship?

All orders received and paid for prior to 12pm on a business day, will ship on most occasions the same business day.  In out of stock situations we will contact you with details of the expected dispatch date.

How are shipping costs determined?

Freight costs are calculated using the total weight, cubic measurement and destination of order.

Freight costs are economical and can be tracked and traced. 

You will incur Redelivery / Collection Charges if no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. 

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Does the receiver need to sign for the delivery?

Yes.  The SousVide cookers and accessories are very valuable and therefore it is important that the intended receiver is at the delivery address.  The courier will not leave the parcel without a signature.  If no one is at the nominated delivery address, the courier driver will return the package/s to the closest Courier Depot. Additional collection or redelivery charges will then be incurred.


If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours (9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday), we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product/s passes to the customer upon delivery by the courier to the customer's nominated delivery address.
